1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the corporate website sukarni.in or any software applications developed and operated by Sukarni Technology Private Limited ("Sukarni", "Company"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Platform Scope: SaaS & PaaS
Sukarni Technology Private Limited develops and maintains specialized vertical platforms:
- TutorOG: Educational connection, scheduling, live whiteboard, and tuition billing (Currently in Beta Testing).
- Talbox: Fine art exhibition, digital Certificates of Authenticity, and commission escrow (Currently in Beta Testing).
- FlourNSugar: Home bakery operations, batch-drop scheduling, and custom cake builders (Currently in Development).
3. Beta Testing Terms
Services marked as "Beta Testing" (including TutorOG and Talbox) are provided for evaluation, preview, and testing purposes. While we strive for maximum reliability, beta features may undergo iterative enhancements and updates.
4. Governing Law & Corporate Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
